| Abstract: | "Reform is to emancipate the productive power" is not only a proposition of Marxism, but also an important conclusion of Comrade Deng Xiaoping's. To emancipate productive power, it is necessary to reform economic system. The economic system reform of China is to change the present economic system of mandatory planned economy which curbs the development of productive power and is highly centralized. Emancipating productive power is a cycling and endless process not a stagnating one. |
