| Abstract: | The first fact of productive forces in rural area in China, which is the human resource, is getting unsuitable to the demand of developing social productive forces in rural area. Its deep influence is that the transfer of dual economic structure in China will be hindered. The main point of development is to enhance the quality of labor forces, and enlarge the human capital stock in rural area. We should also improve to transfer the population in rural area to the non-agriculturalist, control the population growth in rural area. |
