| Abstract: | The transition of China's State enterprises from the root- level organizations under the traditional system to modern corporate enterprises under the social market economy system has not led to a change of the basic nature of socialist economy. The establishment of a modern enterprise system will not only bring about a series of changes in economic relations, but also call for corresponding changes in the social material base and superstructure. |
