| Abstract: | The paper points out some suggestions as follow about present public corporations' reform. At first it provides a kind of counting whole element productive rate change; second, it specific counts some industries' whole element productive rate change and checks out each kind of reform measures' obvious influences on corporations' productive rate, so provides quantitative basis of realizing whether each kinds of reform measures are successful or not. |
