Abstract: | The scope of integration is characterized in the context of worker learning about job preferences and adverse selection. Integration mitigates inefficiencies arising from incomplete information on both the demand and supply sides of the labour market. Worker learning about job preferences comes at productivity cost which is important in how firms determine the scope of integration. |
