Abstract: | For long-range planning, solid corporate strategy is needed. The meaningful difference between planning and strategy must be clearly known. The key areas of assessing the health of our organization are discussed. To test strategic clarity, the following questions should be addressed: What is our thrust for future business development? What is the scope of products to consider? What is the future emphasis for products and markets? What capabilities are needed to make strategic vision happen? What does this vision imply for growth and return expectations? The vital force of the corporate strategy is discussed. |
