| Abstract: | In this study, teleworkers and their tendency to share knowledge are examined. It is studied if the relational qualities of teleworkers in the form of trust, interpersonal bond, and commitment, affect teleworker knowledge sharing. It is also investigated how telework's changed spatial and technical interactions affect knowledge sharing, by testing the contingent role of technology support, face-to-face interactions, and electronic tool use. Findings from matched data from 226 teleworkers support the role of teleworker trust, interpersonal bond, and commitment in predicting knowledge sharing. |
