| Abstract: | If a company's top management takes interest in more efficient quality assurance it can reach better results than any other measurements. The main tasks of the top management in this case are: to develop a culture of quality in the enterprise, to establish the conditions (personal, material), to form the necessary aim and organization, to appoint quality oriented top people, to create a continuous flow of data about quality, to apply the costs of quality as an instrument of management, implement personal bounded requirements. |
