Abstract: | The mass of information grows steadily. The ten commandments were formulated in 279 words, EC regulation on toffee import in 25.900. The mass of information is counterproductive, the messages neutralise one-another. Psychology has many things to say about information processing by the individual. These results have to be relied upon in order to improve the efficiency of publicity and other kinds of information transmission. |
