| Abstract: | The industry which offers protection against life's disasters is itself running for cover as a cull starts throughout Europe. The next ten years threaten to be a period of unprecedented risk. Many of today's most impregnable-seeming participants will find themselves challenged, crippled, shrunken or defunct - even some which have been household names for centuries. For anyone who does not like the direction in which the industry is proceeding the message is clear: take out some effective insurance. |
