| Abstract: | The American video rental group, Blockbuster is going to buy a Cityvision's chain while the present shareholders try to keep the Ritz. Cityvision directors also proposed a revenue-sharing scheme with US companies but it is not accepted by the Video Trade Association (VTA) as yet. The Dutch Philips is also interested in the deal. |
