| Abstract: | According to estimation years ago, about 1/3 state-own enterprises had profits, about 1/3 had deficits and other 1/3 had little profits or had profits in account but actually had no-profits. "Coexistence of public and private ownerships, state taking priority" should be taken to help enterprises turn from deficits to profits. The author pointed out that state-owned property should be transformed into preferred stock. |
