| Abstract: | Grain reform is the continue of grain political market reform, which background is grain overproduction and the deficit of public grain corporations in 1998. The theoretical realization is that new grain reform should fit to the basic principle of socialism market economy, free trade with protective price, which can protect farmers' interests and keep grain market stable. The favorable prices sell and closed buying funds can protect national interests. |
