| Abstract: | The strategy consulting industry in the United Kingdom is analyzed. The management consultants involved in strategy consulting are surveyed and their size and the extent of their activities in such work are identified. The types of strategy assignments currently undertaken are reviewed and some CEO's assessment of the consultant's work is discussed. Guidelines are provided for managers considering the use of management consultants for strategy work. |
