| Abstract: | BBC Scotland fears that under a new managing director the authority of the Broadcasting Council for Scotland will be damaged. It refers first of all to financial matters. A meeting of director general and representatives of BCS seems to relieve these fears and the budget allocation is not jeopardized for the time being. |
