| Abstract: | Differentiation, interdependence, and interest conflict between work units were examined. 104 MBA students took part in a simulation in which they had to select a strategy to manage systematically different relations between work units. Findings show a three-way interaction between differentiation, interdependence, and interest conflict influencing extent of cooperation and centralization of the selected strategies. |
