| Abstract: | The European Council agreed an action plan for the immediate start-up of the Europol Drugs Unit and completion of the Convention on Europol before October 1994, the application of a comprehensive anti-drugs strategy, the establishment of a common list of non-member countries whose nationals require visas, the stepping-up of judicial cooperation, and the exploitation of the possibilities offered by better coordination between policies in the field of justice and home affairs and the common foreign and security policy. |
