Abstract:In this paper the relationship of being born in the USA and the decision of investment choice for saving accounts, certificate of deposits, mutual funds, stocks, bonds, individual retirement accounts and real estates are studied by surveying university students. Findings show that students born in the USA are more likely than those not born in the USA to invest in some common investment products such as savings accounts, mutual funds and stocks.
