| Abstract: | The price of right to use labour force and the gain on ownership of labour force constitute the income volume under the system of distribution according to work. The separation of the right of use and ownership of labour force makes the realization of distribution according to work include the following two levels: One is distribution according to the value or price of labour force, as a result of which labourers receive the compensative income for the consumption of labour force, thus realizing the right to use labour force as a commodity. The other is distribution according to ownership of labour force, as a result of which labourers receive partial gains on surplus value and then develop their "freemen" individual character, thus realizing the ownership of labour force as a commodity. |
