| Abstract: | Law of value and law of distribution on the basis on labor are two invisible banks. The former was proposed by Adam Smith and was paid great attention, while there has been distortion and misunderstanding of the later which needs explanation. The law of distribution on the basis of labor is the foundation of the law of value and the law of value is the extension and destination of the law of distribution on the basis of labor. Knowledge economy requires people pay much more attention to the two "invisible hands" and give full play to their significant functions. |
