| Abstract: | The issue of conditions and pay for employees required to work during the millennium celebrations has been dealt with in the U.K. media. However, research of this journal shows that only a few professions can expect to receive large pay premia for this special period of work. Most workers will receive the normal enhanced pay rates. |
