Abstract:The object of the annual salary system should be the managers who have the greatest influence on the business performance and profit. The amount of the annual salary should be on the basis of total business efficiency. It is nt suitable to stipulate that the annual salary should be certain times of the workers and staff. The maximum limit should be exceeded. The long-term performance and profit of enterprises should also be considered. When evaluating the managers actual operational performance we should not only consider whether the system of evaluation is scientific and complete, but also try to make it more objective. We should not only examine the book entry but also the actual content behind.
