Abstract:This study proposes a model for business ethics to fill the gap and stimulate debate. The model includes three main components, expectations, perceptions, and evaluations. They are interconnected by five subcomponents which are society expects, organizational values, norms and beliefs, outcomes, society evaluation, and reconnection. According to the model, business ethics is a continuous and an iterative process.
