Abstract: | The author focused on the ethical behavior of managers in this study. In the article, the connection between perceived behavioral integrity and workers' satisfaction, welfare and absences was studied. The testing of hypotheses was based on the material of the National Study of the Changing Workforce. The multivariate and univariate methods were used in the data analysis. Particular attention was paid on gender differences, however the study revealed no support for gender related hypothesis. |
