Abstract: | The article reports the study in which a web-based questionnaire was conducted to test hypotheses related to the ethical decision-making. The respondents of the questionnaire were university-level business students. The contingent four-component model was utilized to examine the connection between moral judgment, moral intent and ethical decision-making. According to the results the moral obligation can be understood as a process which is manifested after the moral decision-making. It is also an explanatory factor in regard to the moral intentions and their variation. |
