| Abstract: | If we want to walk along the socialist road, we must be getting to realize the commonly rich. Being commonly rich doesn't mean complete average and all social members rich at the same speed in the same time. Reform needs breaking the equalization first. This policy not only is the scientific summary of China's construction experience, but also reflects the objective demand of economic development law.
