| Abstract: | Fairness must be given enough consideration in factors distribution system. The key point for consideration to be given to fairness is to well regulate the income gap between distribution upon factors and work. This is the big fairness concerning the overall situation. Today, the voice about unfair distribution reflects, to some extent, a feeling of unfairness, which has resulted from the fact that people's concept is lagged behind the distribution system reform. It's a question of changing the concept in eliminating the unfair distribution. The larger income gap is unavoidable and it is impossible to eliminate and has to be controlled in the dynamic process of economic growth. |
