| Abstract: | The article puts forward ideas of how to establish China's urban housing social security system, which belongs to social welfare and the government should bear the responsibility. The system includes the following. First, when carrying out the system local governments must consider their local conditions and act according to their finance. Second, the funds resources structure and operating system should also be established. Urban housing social security system should be brought into line with the social security system and scientific evaluation system of low-level income and housing conditions should also be established. |
