| Abstract: | Two ingredients necessary to examine the relation between litigation risk and audit pricing are 1) a litigous legal environment, and 2) publicly disclosed auditor remuneration. The authors combine both ingredients by focusing on UK firms to sell their securities publicly in the United States. |
