| Abstract: | In the last few years, teams have become a strategic success factor in companies, for they achieve astounding successes even under difficult conditions. But teams do not function always in an optimum manner. The climate is frequently marked by conflicts, cold heartedness, rivalry, frustration and weak performances. Team advice can prove a permanent aid, because the group work is examined in a group-specific manner. A well-known commercial enterprise in Austria is quoted as an example. |
