Abstract:A failed quality circle program at a banking institution is explored. Attention is called to the fact that establishing a successful company culture starts at the top. A systematic strategy to introduce an involvement effort in 12 steps is provided. That an organization can recover from a negative quality circle experience, is confirmed.
