| Abstract: | A software product is described which can be used in an assessment of computer integrated manufacturing systems. The program is written for personal computers. It determines not only the quantitative, but also the qualitative benefits and converts them into monetary terms. In this way, the desired global proof of the profitability can be provided quickly for the selection of computer integrated manufacturing systems. The program can be used for the assessment of CIM subsystems too (CAD/CAP, CAM, CAQ, PPS). |
