| Abstract: | In the 21st century when the knowledge economy is approaching, China should increase gradually the proportion of the knowledge economy and establish the knowledge-directed instead of industry-directed national economy. In this development, the focus is on the various links, including the restructuring and upgrading, enhance of the level of urbanization and urban modernization. It is necessary to carry out the strategy of sustainable development and the two fundamental transformations and two innovations as well as the main line of full employment and improvement of the people's living. |
