| Abstract: | The proprietary class includes native individual operators, shareholders of collective enterprises, investors from abroad, shareholders who do not hold the state shares, renters, famous actors, scientific and technical personnel whose research results bring them high income and bribed officials. At present time, the government encourages the development of the private sector of the economy. But the development should be under control to some extent so as to ensure the nature of the country. |
