| Abstract: | The paper deals with the role of an enterprise within the economic transition on the case of Slovenia.The author analyzes the circumstances in which the enterprise's restructuring is taking place, the content of the processing and structural transformation of the company, the criteria for the judgment of the successful implementation of this transformation and the available enterprise's potentials for its implementation.A special attention has been attached to the interest willingness of the key participants of the enterprise in order to carry out the processes mentioned above, and to the role played by the management therein. |
