| Abstract: | The main goal of the rearrangement of state-owned capital is to realize the proper structure of capital allocation as well as to raise the efficiency of capital allocation. Results are expected that the range in which state-owned economy is involved will be narrowed significantly, but the leading role that the state-owned economy plays will be even more distinct. The rearrangement of capital requires the following conditions: the practice of the reform of management system, the healthy development of capital market and the completeness of legal protection system. Ways for the rearrangement are as follows: The adjustment of the existing amount of capital, including acquisition, stock reform, lease and transfer, sales by auction and joint venture; Changing the industrial structure through the change of the investment direction. |
