| Abstract: | Enterprise reorganization is an effective way to realize optimized resources distribution. It is a systematical project. It includes the reorganization of property in kind, management, personnel and connotative enterprise culture. In the organization of the superior and the inferior enterprises, the superior should inject not only capital, but advanced management, excellent talents and enterprise culture into the inferior. In the reorganization among the superior enterprises, the clash in aspects of management, personnel and culture should be overcome. They should endure and embrace each other, and become harmonized. Only through all-inclusive reorganization and breaking-in can the successful reorganization of enterprises be guaranteed. |
