| Abstract: | According to the present situation of the reforms of State -owned enterprises, the article has fully analyzed the role transplacement of the government in the corporate administration and reform, thinking that in order to further implement the corporate administration and reform, the role transplacement of the government must be corrected and make the government play an irrational role in it. The government should strive to straighten out entrusted agency relation. create competitive market environment and implement the dominant-enterprises-centred merger and realignment. |
