| Abstract: | Deficient effective demand and excessive ineffective supply are the main problems of current economic operation. To solve these problems we should try to stimulate both effective demand and effective supply. The following specific measures can be adopted: continuously adjusting product mix; conducting market research and trying to supply the scarce goods, especially the hidden shortage; paying close attention to the technical and product innovation to guide and create consumption; making clear the function of investment; strengthen management to increase enterprise independent innovation ability and capital expansionary force. |
