| Abstract: | The article is an attempt at describing the interrelationship between texts and other basic notions such as language, context and culture. Bulgakov's "Master i Margarita" is analysed as an example of text in the text. The perception of culture as a complex text of hierarchically built texts allows to return to the word's etymological meaning of "interlaced", "interwoven". |
