Abstract:Health care reform may look stalled on Washington's Capitol Hill, but it is alive and well in the Boardrooms of the world's big drug companies. They are busy reforming themselves - in response from pressures not only from the US but elsewhere too for cheaper drugs and lower health care costs. And that re-formation has been the dominant factor in shaping our table of leading cross-border advisers in international mergers and acquisitions for the first nine months of the year.
