| Abstract: | The focus of China's investment strategy is transferred from eastern area to western area. The economic development in western area demands the development of the stock market objectively. The basic train of thought includes standardizing and developing share holding enterprises, enterprises groups and security market in the western area. Prominence should be given to the development of counter exchange market in the development of security market. |
