| Abstract: | Software engineering project management is a specific project management problem.Lack of historic data increases risk in building the project plan.The authors present the thesis that processes in software engineering projects are not only unstable, but hypersensitive.By help of the theoretical model, described in the article, a project manager might foresee interpersonal disturbances in projects. |
