| Abstract: | This research 1) provides an overview learning theories, focusing on the multiple intelligences theory, 2) shows the benefits of personalizing learning by using the multiple intelligences when teaching and learning international business, 3) presents the results of having students take an online multiple intelligences inventory in management classes, 4) provides methods for implementing the multiple intelligences theory, and 5) lists teaching/learning strategies appropriate for international business. |
