| Abstract: | The personnel and managerial process involved in the effective management of international joint ventures are discussed. An attempt is made to clarify some of the differences between organizational development interventions in uninational corporations and in international joint ventures. A conceptual framework of diagnosis for organizational development in international joint ventures is presented, and lessons drawn for personnel practitioners of organizational development in such companies. |
