Abstract:The motivational firms are booming as they discover novel markets for their skills: they are also learning new tricks which are bringing about a convergence of three once quite separate business: incentives, training and organization of conferences. The client must have confidence that its motivational agency will always produce the reward medium that is best suited to the needs of a particular programme. Some agencies are almost infinitely flexible in the rewards that they offer.
