Abstract:The foreign conference of today requires hard work as well as hard play. Taking place in a big city, it will be tailored exclusively to the company. More firms are holding small conferences more frequently, rather than electing to have one big annual event that includes the entire company. There is a greater call for outside experts. Time efficiency has become very important at conferences. It is among others a matter of saving the cost of keeping an entire section of a company away from work. Entertainment is often built into a conference to bring people together to work as a team. Several chains have introduced the idea of an executive meetings manager in each hotel.
