Abstract: | As a "symbiotic economy," a joint venture is composed of different parts of capital. Because both sides have different interests and doctrines of management, it is inevitable for the foreign side to increase its proportions of capital and shares, which is the behavior of foreign investors. Through improvement of the legal system on joint ventures on macro-level and standardization of their operation on micro-level, we should exert necessary control and regulation of the behavior. Then we can ensure joint ventures are beneficial to the sound development of our national economy and achieve our original goal in utilizing foreign capital. |
