Abstract: | The research reported here is the use of Conjoint analysis applied to visitors at the Tate Modern gallery in London. The findings show that although visitors correctly associate the functional characteristics of this gallery, there remains gap in the knowledge of what it means to be "interesting" from a visitor's point of view. This knowledge gap has implications for how to position the attraction to different visitor segments within the tourist market. |
