| Abstract: | The special issue deals with matters of 'connectivity' in merging organizations. Previous research in this field has focused mainly on certain perspectives, failing to interrogate others. In particular, the research on cultural issues has concentrated on differences between merging firms and how these differences may be bridged. This issue, however, appreciates the richness of connectivity between organizations and develops new angles and concepts for research. |
